How do I get the meal plan? 

The meal plan PDF of recipes and grocery list will be delivered to your inbox on the 1st of each month. Be sure to mark [email protected] as "not spam" so you get the plan in your inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the meal plan by the 1st of each month. 

Are these recipes appropriate for food allergies or intolerances? 

Great question! These recipes are not specific for any dietary restriction. Most recipes can be modified to fit specific medical diets, but please reach out to Christina if you need support with fueling your gymnast.

How long will it take to make these recipes? 

It depends! But, if you're like me, during the weekdays when life is hectic, I like to "assemble" more than cook if you know what I mean.

How do I know how much to serve my gymnast? 

Another great question! The high level gymnast needs A LOT of energy, but every gymnast's nutrition needs are unique. If you have any questions or concerns about your gymnast and how much she should be eating, please reach out to Christina. 

What if I want to cancel my subscription? 

No problem! You can cancel at anytime. You must cancel before the 1st of each month or you will be charged for that month since the product is a digital delivered download.
